Since making a name for himself as one of the world’s leading travel bloggers at onestep4ward.com Johnny thought it about time he spread the blogging love. With a background drenched in over a decade of online action, he spends most evenings convincing himself he’s still in his youth.

Born and raised in Ireland, educated in the UK and based in Asia Johnny still likes to get his hands dirty daily in every facet of the business.

He believes professionalism isn’t about how expensive your suit is, nor how officially you word your emails, it’s all about delivery and results. So we might as well have a bit of fun along the way.

The Consigliere

Carl Browne

With a background in International Relations and Law, Carl was always destined to leave the shores of the UK. Whether it’s thanks to his past spent building schools for his own NGO in the jungles of Myanmar, or pretending to be important with his education consulting contracts with the University of Hong Kong, Carl’s writing never fails to impress.

Further experience in business development in both the UK and Hong Kong means Carl’s all set to push Step4Ward Media to bigger things.

When he is not making Step4Ward Media more awesome than it already is, he quenches his thirst for education through his website findatutor.com.hk

Aghosh Babu

Born aside the Wordpress codex, Aghosh is the tech guy who makes tech stuff happen for Johnny. Aghosh made his first professional website at the age of 14 and hasn't looked back since. He is passionate about, and has expert knowledge in Wordpress development, Search Engine Optimization, and Server Administration.

Aghosh was born and bought up in Kerala, India and has a Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Philosophy - "If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur."

Executive Assistant

Patricia Mitrache

Patricia Andreea Mitrache

Born and raised in Bucharest, educated in Romania and Denmark, in special education. With a background in art, education, volunteering and journalism, always knew that couldn't do a regular job. So I chose step4wardmedia :) When not working for Johnny, I am writing, doing handmade objects, painting and blogging. Always eager to make connections around the world, travel and discover cultures, places, and people.

Philosophy - "Stop waiting for things to happen. Go out and make them happen."

Natthaya 'Jaa' Tapwanan

Making sure the team is up to scratch and keeping Johnny on his toes, Jaa is always on hand to keep things ticking over.

A former flight attendant and lifestyle blogger, Jaa is based in Bangkok, Thailand where she's likes nothing more than stuffing her gorgeous face full of super spicy food, hitting the gym and finding excuses to travel around Asia and beyond, with her trip to the Maldives being a particular highlight.

The Wordsmiths

Jono Spur

Jono was born in Yorkshire but grew up on the coast in Cornwall. Growing up in Cornwall gave him a sense of freedom, which led him to have a lust for travel. Since leaving the UK in 2009 Jono has travelled around Europe, the USA, China, East Africa and S.E Asia. Arriving in Cambodia in 2010 he fell in love with the place and never went back to the UK. He’s always on hand to add his magic touch to content, with his extensive knowledge and wealth of experience he always delivers.

Philosophy - "Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never where. But without it we go nowhere."

Sebastian Tan

Many people catch the travel bug at some point in their lives, Seb on the other hand has had it his whole life. Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia his desire to travel was all around him in a beautiful multi cultural city and also with a great deal of his family in nearby Asia, he was always destined to travel.

Seb lives for situations and experiences, whether it's at a party in an artists commune in Hamburg (instigated by chasing a rabbit) or driving a scooter up an almost vertical dirt (more like rock) road in the hills of Barcelona, he believes that things happen when you go looking for them.

He is currently living in the UK, but plans to jump ship to Germany very soon.

Biz Dev

Josh Henry

Heralding from the moose filled land of Canada, Josh knows a thing or two about ice hockey, beer and poutines . Equipped with a rather fashionable tool belt filled with online marketing qualifications, multi-national sales experience and some snappy banter he moved to Australia to continue his career in business development. A serendipitous meeting with Johnny in Laos led to bigger and brighter things.

When not growing a moustache in the Step4Ward HQ, Josh is most likely to be found whacking golf balls and pretending to be a DJ.

Rzaman Anik

His name is in itself is an internet marketing brand in Bangladesh. Being a successful entrepreneur over years, Anik finds himself in every field of internet marketing, design and SEO.

After being awarded by the country's ICT department, Anik discovered what it is people really care about, results. So joining Step4WardMedia was an easy choice in his quest to deliver the optimum results for the Step4Ward team and its very attractive clients.
